At Nordic Prime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact @nordicprime.store with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

After we receive your return request, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened water filters
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]

We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
